Art and teaching have been Mrs. Holt’s passions. She started drawing when she was 8 years old, and her parents started her in art classes. She took a painting class in high school. In college she took pottery and Art Methods where she earned special distinction. She has been teaching Art in elementary schools and in summer camps over the course of her teaching career. For the past two years she has been taking a painting class with a local artist.
Her hobbies include painting, sewing, decorating Sabbath school rooms, hiking, reading, remodeling houses, and traveling. Mrs. Holt says she enjoys it most when her three children and husband can join her in these hobbies.
She considers it a great delight to be part of the Fletcher team.
