Chapel (11/15/06)

Chapels on Wednesdays are an awesome time for the whole student body to come together - away from the hustle and bustle of work and classes to reflect on God and His message for us. The subject for today's Chapel was "Exercise and Diet" and we were reminded that our bodies are the temples of God.

  • Chaplain Carter begins our worship time with praise songs.
  • Nikkie and Emily lead the songs while Sara plays the guitar and Brian signs.
  • Mr. Carter knows all our favorites.
  • "Seek Ye First the Kingdom of God"
  • Mr. Johnson talks to us about the importance of nutrition and exercise.
  • In a play emphasizing the message, Nikkie played the "good" student and Andre played her brain.
  • Nikkie and her brain, Andre - Ketty and her brain, Joe
  • Ketty's brain, Joe, seems to be in a trance since all Ketty has been doing is sitting around playing video games and watching TV.
