Sleeping with the Sharks (04/11/07-04/12/07)
What fun the students in the Biology and Anatomy & Physiology classes had on their "Sleep with the Sharks" field trip recently to Ripley's Aquarium in Gatlinburg, TN! Wednesday night they played Marine Biology Jeopardy, petted the sting rays, dissected a fish, and went on a late night scavenger hunt throughout the Aquarium. Then it was time to "sleep with the sharks." Very cool!! The next morning after breakfast was the "Creature Feature," and we were introduced to a huge boa constrictor. All in all it was a very fun and interesting trip -- and we learned a lot!!
