For this month’s Student of the Month, we decided to focus on the work aspect of our program. Because this is their last year at Fletcher, we decided to look specifically at Seniors. Many of them had outstanding work reviews, but one began to really stand out and shine… Emily.

When I averaged all of her work evaluations over the last four years, I noticed she averaged a 94%. I found it very enjoyable to read the comments her supervisors had written because they were so positive and encouraging.

The staff at Fletcher Park Inn feel that Emily is an outstanding student in more ways than one, not including her height (We love you, Emily). She shows great maturity in every task that she is given. There is never a doubt as to whether she will do a thorough job with a willing spirit. It has been our pleasure to work with Emily for almost 3 years, and we hope that the skills she has learned while being employed at Fletcher Park Inn will aide her in her future plans and dreams.
